Give Agentforce the deal and ticket context that lives in HubSpot
HubSpot holds the inbound story most teams run on: contacts and companies, the deals moving through your pipeline, the tickets your service Hub is working, and the workflows and lists that keep it all moving. When Emerge Digital connects it to Salesforce Agentforce, an agent can read where a deal actually sits, what a customer has already raised, and what your HubSpot knowledge base says — then respond with that in hand rather than asking the customer to repeat themselves. Marketing, sales, and service context become something the agent can reason over.
What this unlocks
- Agents read a contact's deal stage, associated company, and open tickets together, so a reply reflects the whole relationship rather than one record in isolation.
- Answers can draw on your HubSpot knowledge base articles, so a service response matches the guidance your team already publishes.
- Workflow and lifecycle-stage signals become inputs the agent can act on — an agent knows whether a contact is a marketing qualified lead or an active customer before it speaks.
- Ticket history from the Service Hub gives an agent the prior thread, so a follow-up continues the conversation instead of restarting it.
In the customer journey
Follow-up that knows the deal
A prospect replies to an inbound sequence, and the agent reads the deal's stage and last activity from HubSpot before drafting a next step — escalating to the owning rep when the deal is close to a decision.
Service reply grounded in the ticket
A customer writes in about an issue they already logged, and the agent pulls the open ticket and the matching knowledge base article, so the response continues the existing thread with the right guidance.
Lifecycle-aware handling
Because the agent can see whether a contact is a lead, an opportunity, or a customer, it routes and phrases each interaction to match where that person actually is in the funnel.
Why not the native HubSpot–Salesforce sync?
HubSpot's native Salesforce connector syncs contacts, companies, and deals bidirectionally — but it does not make that data available to Agentforce agents in a structured, permission-governed way. An agent using the native sync still cannot read a contact's deal stage, open tickets, and knowledge base context together and reason over them in a single response. Emerge Digital builds the retrieval layer that turns synced records into agent-legible context. The native sync is a prerequisite; this integration is what makes it useful to an agent.
HubSpot spans the inbound arc from Attract through Convert, and grounding agents in it keeps that arc coherent. In Discover and Engage, an agent works from the same lifecycle stage and deal context marketing and sales see; through service, it answers from live tickets and the knowledge base; and the interactions it handles feed back into HubSpot so the next touch reflects what just happened.
How Emerge integrates HubSpot
Emerge Digital connects HubSpot to Salesforce Agentforce as a consulting engagement — not a self-install app you switch on. We map which HubSpot objects your agents need to read, contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, and set up retrieval against your knowledge base so answers stay grounded in published guidance. We define what each agent may access and where a write flows back to HubSpot, and we keep a person in the loop when a deal or a case calls for human judgement. The configuration is shaped around how your HubSpot portal is actually structured.

FAQ
Is this a pre-built HubSpot connector we turn on?
No. Emerge Digital designs the integration as a services engagement — we map your HubSpot objects, build the retrieval and actions, and govern access rather than shipping a plug-in you install and activate yourself.
Can an agent update HubSpot, or only read from it?
Both are possible when you want them. We decide per object whether an agent reads, writes, or both, and any write is attributed so your team can see what the agent logged against a contact, deal, or ticket.
Does the agent replace the HubSpot workflows we already run?
No. Your HubSpot workflows keep running; the agent reads their outputs, such as lifecycle stage and list membership, as context, so it complements automation rather than displacing it.
