Leave with a scoped pilot path — or an honest answer if the timing isn't right.
Bring your CX context: the use case you're considering, the Salesforce products you run, and the outcome you need to defend internally. In 30 minutes we'll tell you whether Agentforce fits, what a Discovery assessment would scope, and how ROAI gets measured from the first milestone.
Built for enterprise teams in Gulf financial services, government, and retail — where governed AI and human oversight are non-negotiable.
What to expect on the call
-
Where an agent fits
We pressure-test your top CX use cases and identify the one most likely to pay back as an Agentforce pilot.
-
A Discovery scope
An outline of the 4–8 week, fixed-scope Discovery assessment — readiness, data audit, and a prioritised agent roadmap.
-
How we'd measure ROAI
How we set a Return on AI Investment baseline so the value is a ratio you can defend, not a vanity metric.
How engagements are structured
-
1
Discovery · Fixed scope, 4–8 weeks
Readiness audit, data landscape assessment, and a prioritised agent roadmap with a measurable ROAI baseline. Fixed commercial terms — you know the scope before you sign.
-
2
Pilot · One agent, one use case
We build the highest-priority agent from the roadmap — grounded in your data, governed by your rules — and validate ROAI against the baseline set in Discovery.
-
3
Enterprise · Custom scope
Full-program delivery — multi-agent orchestration, enterprise integrations, dedicated success — sized to your programme on the call, not off the shelf.
Common questions before the call
Do we need to already be live on Salesforce?
Not necessarily, but it helps to have Salesforce in production or a firm plan to deploy it. Agentforce runs inside the Salesforce platform — so readiness depends on your CRM foundation. The Discovery phase maps exactly where you stand and what would need to be in place before a pilot is viable.
Is Discovery fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Discovery is always a fixed scope with defined deliverables — a readiness report, data landscape audit, and a prioritised agent roadmap. You know what you're buying before you sign. Pilot and Enterprise terms are defined after Discovery, once we've established what the programme actually requires.
How long before we see an agent working?
Discovery itself is 4–8 weeks and ends with a clear roadmap, not a working agent. A pilot agent — tackling one specific use case against your real data — typically follows Discovery. The timeline depends on your data readiness and integration landscape, which is exactly what Discovery assesses.
What size of organisation is this suited to?
We work with enterprise teams — typically in financial services, government, or retail — where an Agentforce investment is warranted by the volume of CX interactions and the governance requirements around AI. If you're a smaller business at earlier stages, the strategy call is still worth having: we'll tell you honestly whether now is the right moment.
